Hot Cases (Emergency admission)

• The patient should choose any hospital listed in his medical insurance policy
• Submit his insurance card & identity card to the admission office
• The hospital contacts MediVisa delegate directly during working hours or  through MediVisa hotlines after working hours
• The hospitalization claim form must be filled completely by the attending physician
• Coverage decision will be granted automatically by MediVisa Medical team within a maximum of 24hrs duration
• MediVisa approval will be issued based on policy terms & conditions.
• The granted MediVisa approval ENCLOSES the only covered items .Extra charges should be settled by the patient.
• For insureds who benefit from Nssf , the patient should secure the NSSF approval
